Suspender Front Plank
Description
The suspender front plank holds a plank position with the feet in suspension strap loops. The unstable straps force the core to work overtime to maintain a straight body line. It is a much more challenging variation of the standard plank and builds total core stability.
Equipment Required
Suspender Front Plank Instructions
- Adjust suspension straps to about a foot off the floor.
- Place your feet inside the straps with toes hooked through.
- Get into a high plank position with hands on the floor.
- Position your hands shoulder-width apart.
- Brace your core hard and squeeze your glutes.
- Hold a straight line from head to heels.
- Resist the unstable straps trying to swing your feet around.
- Hold for the duration without breaking form.
