- Begin in a high plank position with hands under the shoulders.
- Set the body in a straight line from head to heels.
- Brace your core hard.
- Step one hand forward keeping the body steady.
- Step the other hand forward to match.
- Continue walking the hands forward step by step.
- Keep the hips level and the body in a straight line throughout.
- Walk the hands back to the start to finish the rep.
