  1. Begin in a high plank position with hands under the shoulders.
  2. Set the body in a straight line from head to heels.
  3. Brace your core hard.
  4. Step one hand forward keeping the body steady.
  5. Step the other hand forward to match.
  6. Continue walking the hands forward step by step.
  7. Keep the hips level and the body in a straight line throughout.
  8. Walk the hands back to the start to finish the rep.
