Description
The weighted overhead press step up is a full-body combo where the lifter steps up onto a box with dumbbells and presses them overhead at the top. The combination builds legs and shoulders together for a strong functional move.

Weighted Overhead Press Step Up Instructions
- Stand in front of a sturdy box with a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder level.
- Set your feet at hip-width and brace your core.
- Place one foot flat on the box.
- Drive through the front heel to step up onto the box.
- As you reach the top, press the dumbbells straight overhead.
- Lock out the arms at the top.
- Lower the dumbbells back to shoulder level.
- Step back down with control. Alternate legs each rep.
