  1. Stand tall with the feet shoulder width apart.
  2. Hold a resistance band at chest height with both hands.
  3. Set the hands shoulder width apart.
  4. Brace the core and keep the chest up.
  5. Pull the hands apart against the band.
  6. Squeeze the shoulder blades together at the end range.
  7. Pause briefly at the squeezed position.
  8. Return to the start and continue for the working set.
