- Stand tall with the feet shoulder width apart.
- Hold a resistance band at chest height with both hands.
- Set the hands shoulder width apart.
- Brace the core and keep the chest up.
- Pull the hands apart against the band.
- Squeeze the shoulder blades together at the end range.
- Pause briefly at the squeezed position.
- Return to the start and continue for the working set.
