- Stand under the anchor and grab the band with both hands.
- Hold the band straight overhead.
- Brace the core and keep the chest up.
- Pull the hands straight down past the hips.
- Squeeze the lats hard at the bottom.
- Pause briefly at full extension.
- Return to the start and continue for the working set.
