  1. Anchor a resistance band overhead.
  2. Stand under the anchor and grab the band with both hands.
  3. Hold the band straight overhead.
  4. Brace the core and keep the chest up.
  5. Pull the hands straight down past the hips.
  6. Squeeze the lats hard at the bottom.
  7. Pause briefly at full extension.
  8. Return to the start and continue for the working set.
