- Hold a light resistance band with both hands in front of you.
- Stand with feet at shoulder-width.
- Pull lightly on the band to engage the upper back.
- Brace your core and keep your chest up.
- Squat down as deep as feels comfortable.
- Use the band tension to keep the upper back tall.
- Pause briefly in the deep squat to feel the hip stretch.
- Drive up through the heels to stand back up.
