  1. Hold a light resistance band with both hands in front of you.
  2. Stand with feet at shoulder-width.
  3. Pull lightly on the band to engage the upper back.
  4. Brace your core and keep your chest up.
  5. Squat down as deep as feels comfortable.
  6. Use the band tension to keep the upper back tall.
  7. Pause briefly in the deep squat to feel the hip stretch.
  8. Drive up through the heels to stand back up.
