  1. Start on all fours with hands under shoulders and knees under hips.
  2. Brace your core and keep the back flat.
  3. Lift one foot up toward the ceiling.
  4. Reach back with the same side hand and grab the lifted foot.
  5. Gently pull the heel toward the glute to stretch the quad.
  6. Hold the stretch with steady breath.
  7. Release the foot and lower it back down.
  8. Switch sides and repeat.
