The all fours quad stretch is a hip flexor and quad stretch performed from a hands and knees start. The lifter lifts one leg up and reaches back to grab the foot, pulling the heel toward the glute. It is a useful warm-up and recovery stretch.

- Start on all fours with hands under shoulders and knees under hips.
- Brace your core and keep the back flat.
- Lift one foot up toward the ceiling.
- Reach back with the same side hand and grab the lifted foot.
- Gently pull the heel toward the glute to stretch the quad.
- Hold the stretch with steady breath.
- Release the foot and lower it back down.
- Switch sides and repeat.
