  1. Anchor a resistance band behind you at chest height.
  2. Stand facing away from the anchor.
  3. Grab the band with both hands at chest level.
  4. Step forward to create tension.
  5. Brace the core and keep the chest up.
  6. Press both hands forward to extend the arms.
  7. Squeeze the front delts and chest at full extension.
  8. Return to the start and continue for the working set.
