- Stand facing away from the anchor.
- Grab the band with both hands at chest level.
- Step forward to create tension.
- Brace the core and keep the chest up.
- Press both hands forward to extend the arms.
- Squeeze the front delts and chest at full extension.
- Return to the start and continue for the working set.
