Resistance Band Standing Overhead Warming Up Instructions

  1. Stand on a resistance band with both feet.
  2. Grab the handles and bring them to shoulder height.
  3. Brace the core and keep the chest up.
  4. Set the elbows in front of the body.
  5. Press both hands overhead to lockout.
  6. Squeeze the delts and triceps at the top.
  7. Lower the hands back to shoulder height.
  8. Continue for the working set.
