Description
The cable cross over lateral pulldown uses two cable stations with the cables crossed in front of your body. Each hand grips the opposite-side cable, creating crossing tension during the pulldown. - Stand between two high cable pulleys with single handles attached.
- Reach across with your right hand to grip the left cable handle.
- Reach across with your left hand to grip the right cable handle.
- Step back to create tension and stand tall.
- Brace your core and pull your shoulders down.
- Pull both handles down and out to your sides simultaneously.
- Squeeze your lats hard at the bottom of the pull.
- Slowly extend your arms back overhead to the starting position.
