Cable Cross Over Lateral Pulldown

Cable Cross Over Lateral Pulldown

Description

The cable cross over lateral pulldown uses two cable stations with the cables crossed in front of your body. Each hand grips the opposite-side cable, creating crossing tension during the pulldown. The crossover pattern hits each lat individually and adds a unique pulling angle compared to standard pulldowns.
