Medicine Ball Standing Overhead Throw Instructions

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a medicine ball with both hands at chest level.
  2. Engage your core and lift the ball overhead, extending your arms fully.
  3. Take a step forward with one foot, shifting your weight onto that foot.
  4. As you step forward, forcefully throw the ball forward and down towards the ground.
  5. Release the ball just before it reaches the ground.
  6. Repeat for the desired number of reps, then switch legs and repeat on the other side.
