Medicine Ball Standing Overhead Throw Instructions
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a medicine ball with both hands at chest level.
- Engage your core and lift the ball overhead, extending your arms fully.
- Take a step forward with one foot, shifting your weight onto that foot.
- As you step forward, forcefully throw the ball forward and down towards the ground.
- Release the ball just before it reaches the ground.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps, then switch legs and repeat on the other side.
