Medicine Ball Catch and Overhead Throw Instructions
- Stand facing a partner with a medicine ball in your hands.
- Step forward with one foot and bring the ball back behind your head.
- As you step forward with your other foot, throw the ball overhead to your partner.
- Your partner will catch the ball and repeat the exercise back to you.
- Continue throwing the ball back and forth for a set amount of time or repetitions.
- Make sure to use your entire body to generate power for the throw and catch the ball with both hands.
- As you become more comfortable with the exercise, you can increase the weight of the medicine ball or the distance between you and your partner.
