- Stand in a staggered stance for stability.
- Explosively push the ball forward into the wall from your chest — like a chest pass in basketball.
- Use your chest, shoulders, and triceps to generate maximum force.
- Catch the rebound. Absorb the catch by letting the ball return to your chest.
- Immediately throw again — minimize the time between catch and throw.
- Continue for the desired reps. Use maximum effort each rep.
- Aim for 10 to 15 throws per set.
