  1. Sit tall on a bench or chair with feet flat on the floor.
  2. Place both hands behind your head with fingers interlaced.
  3. Brace your core lightly.
  4. Pull the elbows out wide to the sides.
  5. Open the chest fully as the elbows go wide.
  6. Feel the stretch through the chest and front shoulders.
  7. Hold the open position and breathe deeply.
  8. Release back to the start.
