- Sit tall on a bench or chair with feet flat on the floor.
- Place both hands behind your head with fingers interlaced.
- Brace your core lightly.
- Pull the elbows out wide to the sides.
- Open the chest fully as the elbows go wide.
- Feel the stretch through the chest and front shoulders.
- Hold the open position and breathe deeply.
- Release back to the start.
