Push Up Inside Leg Kick Instructions

  1. Begin in a high plank position with hands under the shoulders.
  2. Set the body in a straight line from head to heels.
  3. Brace your core hard.
  4. Lower the chest toward the floor by bending the elbows.
  5. Press back up to lockout.
  6. At the top lift one leg up and kick it through across the body.
  7. Bring the leg back to the start.
  8. Repeat the push up and kick the other leg on the next rep.
