Medicine Ball Overhead Throw Instructions
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a medicine ball with both hands at chest level.
- Engage your core and lift the ball overhead, fully extending your arms.
- Take a step forward with your left foot and shift your weight onto your left leg.
- As you step forward, forcefully throw the ball forward and down towards the ground.
- Release the ball just before it reaches the ground.
- Repeat the exercise, alternating legs with each throw.
