Medicine Ball Backward Throw Instructions

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold the medicine ball with both hands at chest level.
  2. Take a step back with your left foot and shift your weight onto your right foot.
  3. As you shift your weight back onto your left foot, explosively throw the medicine ball backwards over your head.
  4. Retrieve the medicine ball and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
