Description
The cable one arm incline press uses a single low cable handle pressed up and forward at an incline angle. The single-arm loading creates rotational force the core must resist while the upward angle hits the upper pec fibers. It is a strong unilateral upper chest variation.

Cable One Arm Incline Press Instructions
- Set a cable to a low pulley with a single handle.
- Stand facing away from the cable station with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Grip the handle with your right hand at chest level, palm forward.
- Step forward to create cable tension.
- Brace your core hard against the asymmetric load.
- Press the handle up and forward at an incline angle until your arm is extended.
- Resist any rotation in your trunk.
- Bring the handle back to chest level with control. Switch sides.
