Description

- Attach a strap or rope to a power sled.
- Stand facing away from the sled and grip the strap behind.
- Walk forward to take tension on the strap.
- Set a slight forward lean and bend the elbows.
- Brace your core and keep the chest tall.
- Extend the elbows back hard pulling the strap.
- As the elbows lock out the sled drags forward.
- Step forward to take new tension and continue the drags.
