Suspension Triceps Extension
Description
The suspension triceps extension, also called the TRX skull crusher, uses suspension straps gripped overhead. From an angled body position, you bend at the elbows to lower your head toward your hands, then extend the elbows to press back up. The pattern builds tricep strength with strong stability demand.
