- Anchor a resistance band to a low point in front of a preacher bench.
- Kneel behind the preacher bench with chest pressed to the pad.
- Grip the band ends with both hands using an underhand grip.
- Drape your arms over the preacher pad with arms fully extended.
- Brace your core and pin your chest to the pad.
- Curl the band up by bending only at the elbows.
- Squeeze the biceps hard at the top.
- Lower the band back down with control to full extension.
