Around the World Superman Hold Instructions

  1. Lie face down on the floor with legs straight and arms overhead.
  2. Lift the chest, arms, and legs off the floor into a superman position.
  3. Brace the core and squeeze the glutes to support the back.
  4. Sweep the arms wide out to the sides at shoulder height.
  5. Continue sweeping the arms back along the body to the hips.
  6. Reverse the path back to the wide position.
  7. Sweep the arms forward overhead to the start.
  8. Maintain the lifted superman position throughout the full sweep.
