- Stand tall holding a weighted bottle in both hands at chest level.
- Set your feet at hip-width and brace your core.
- Grip the bottle by the handle and the bottom.
- Begin circling the bottle around your head in a halo motion.
- Keep the bottle close to your head as it travels around.
- Move slowly and control the bottle through the full path.
- Complete several halos in one direction.
- Reverse the direction and circle the other way.
