Description
The standing shoulder circling is a basic shoulder mobility drill. The lifter stands tall and rolls the shoulders in big circles forward and then backward. The shoulder rolls release upper back tension and warm up the joint. It is a key warm-up move.

- Stand tall with feet hip-width apart.
- Let the arms hang relaxed at the sides.
- Brace your core lightly.
- Roll the shoulders up, back, and down in big circles.
- Continue rolling backward for several reps.
- Reverse direction and roll the shoulders forward.
- Make the circles big and smooth.
- Continue the circles for the working time.
