Equipment Required

Dumbbell Standing Palms In Press Instructions

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder height.
  2. Position the dumbbells with palms facing each other (neutral grip).
  3. Brace your core hard and squeeze your glutes.
  4. Press both dumbbells straight up overhead while maintaining the neutral grip.
  5. Bring the dumbbells together at the top of the press.
  6. Lock out at the top with arms fully extended.
  7. Lower the dumbbells back to shoulder height with control.
  8. Maintain the neutral grip throughout the entire set.
