Band Standing Hammer Curl
Description
The band standing hammer curl uses a resistance band with a neutral (hammer) grip on the band ends. The neutral grip emphasizes the brachialis and brachioradialis for thicker arms while the bands provide constant tension throughout the curl. It is a strong choice for arm thickness work without weights.
