Suspender Single Leg Plank
Description
The suspender single leg plank is an advanced TRX plank variation. The lifter places one foot in a foot cradle and holds a plank with the other leg lifted off the floor. The single leg position adds a brutal anti-rotation challenge to the suspended plank.
Equipment Required
Suspender Single Leg Plank Instructions
- Set the suspension trainer foot cradles low.
- Place one foot in a cradle facing down.
- Set the hands on the floor under the shoulders in a plank.
- Lift the other leg off the floor extending it back.
- Brace your core hard and keep the body in a straight line.
- Hold the single leg suspended plank position.
- Keep the hips level throughout.
- Place the leg down. Switch legs and repeat.
