Dumbbell Kneeling Hold to Stand Instructions

  1. Start in a tall kneeling position with both knees on the floor.
  2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand at your sides.
  3. Brace your core and keep your chest up.
  4. Step one foot forward into a half kneeling position.
  5. Drive through the front foot to stand all the way up.
  6. Lock out the hips at the top with feet at hip-width.
  7. Step back down to half kneeling, then back to tall kneeling.
  8. Alternate the lead leg each rep.
