Description

- Stand tall with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Make a fist with one hand and place it inside the open palm of the other hand at chest level.
- Press the fist into the palm to create constant tension.
- Brace your core and keep your chest up.
- Press both hands together straight overhead.
- Maintain the isometric pressure between the hands throughout.
- Lock out at the top with arms straight.
- Lower the hands slowly back to chest level.
