Description
The ez barbell reverse grip curl is a reverse curl using an ez bar. The lifter grips the bar with palms facing down (pronated) and curls. The pronated grip biases the brachioradialis and forearms over the biceps. It is a strong forearm builder.

- Stand tall holding an ez curl bar with a pronated overhand grip.
- Set the hands on the outer curves of the bar.
- Brace your core and keep the chest tall.
- Set the elbows tight against the sides.
- Curl the bar up toward the chest by bending the elbows.
- Keep the elbows fixed at the sides throughout.
- Squeeze the brachioradialis hard at the top.
- Lower the bar back down with control.
