Weighted Squat Jump with Plate Instructions

  1. Stand tall holding a weight plate at the chest.
  2. Set the feet shoulder width apart.
  3. Brace your core and keep the chest tall.
  4. Sit back into a squat with the plate close to the body.
  5. Lower until the thighs are parallel to the floor.
  6. Drive through the heels exploding up into a jump.
  7. Jump as high as possible with the plate at the chest.
  8. Land softly back into a squat. Continue jumps with smooth tempo.
