Kneeling Cobra Push-Up Instructions
- Get into a kneeling push-up position with knees on the floor.
- Place your hands under your shoulders.
- Brace your core and keep your body in a straight line from head to knees.
- Bend your elbows to lower your chest toward the floor.
- Press back up to the top of the push-up.
- Lower your hips to the floor and arch your upper back.
- Lift your chest up off the floor in a cobra position.
- Lower the chest back down and return to the push-up start.
