- Begin in a high plank position from the knees.
- Set the hands wider than shoulder width.
- Brace your core and keep the body in a straight line from knees to head.
- Lower the chest toward the floor by bending the elbows.
- Stop just before the chest touches the floor.
- Press back up to lockout.
- Squeeze the chest hard at the top.
- Lock out at the top before the next rep.
