Dumbbell One Arm Decline Chest Press Instructions

  1. Set a bench to a decline angle and secure your feet on the foot pads.
  2. Lie back with a single dumbbell in your right hand.
  3. Press the dumbbell up over your chest with arm extended.
  4. Place your left hand at your side or on your stomach.
  5. Brace your core hard to resist rotation.
  6. Lower the dumbbell down to your chest with control.
  7. Press the dumbbell back up to the starting position.
  8. Complete reps on one side, then switch arms.
