- Stand tall with feet hip width apart.
- Bring the fists up to the chin in a boxing guard.
- Brace your core and keep the chest tall.
- Curl one heel up toward the glute by bending the knee.
- At the same time throw a punch with the opposite arm.
- Reset the foot to the floor.
- Curl the other heel up while throwing a punch with the other arm.
- Continue alternating heel curls and punches.
