Single Leg DL with Knee Lift Instructions

  1. Stand on one leg with a slight knee bend.
  2. Brace your core and keep the chest up.
  3. Hinge at the hip and lift the back leg behind you.
  4. Lower the torso toward parallel with the floor.
  5. Stand back up to the starting position.
  6. Drive the back knee up high in front of you.
  7. Pause briefly at the high knee position.
  8. Lower the knee. Finish then switch sides.
