Bodyweight Svend Press Instructions

  1. Stand tall with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Press your palms together at chest level with fingers pointing forward or up.
  3. Squeeze your palms together hard to create tension.
  4. Brace your core and pull your shoulders back.
  5. Maintain the palm pressure as you press your hands forward away from your chest.
  6. Continue pressing your hands forward until your arms are nearly extended.
  7. Squeeze your chest at the front of the press.
  8. Slowly bring your hands back to your chest while maintaining the squeeze.
