Bodyweight Svend Press Instructions
- Stand tall with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Press your palms together at chest level with fingers pointing forward or up.
- Squeeze your palms together hard to create tension.
- Brace your core and pull your shoulders back.
- Maintain the palm pressure as you press your hands forward away from your chest.
- Continue pressing your hands forward until your arms are nearly extended.
- Squeeze your chest at the front of the press.
- Slowly bring your hands back to your chest while maintaining the squeeze.
