Description
The weighted incline svend press is performed lying on an incline bench, squeezing a weight plate between the palms in front of the chest. The plate presses forward and back while the hands squeeze hard. The incline angle biases the upper chest while the squeeze nails the inner pec.

Weighted Incline Svend Press Instructions
- Set an incline bench to about 45 degrees.
- Hold a weight plate between your palms in front of your chest.
- Lie back on the bench with feet flat on the floor.
- Squeeze your palms hard against the plate.
- Brace your core and keep your back against the bench.
- Press the plate straight up and forward away from your chest.
- Maintain the squeeze through your hands the entire rep.
- Lower the plate slowly back to your chest.
