  2. Grip the handles and step back to a plank.
  3. Brace your core hard and keep the body in a straight line.
  4. Reach one handle forward in a long arm extension.
  5. Hold the superman reach briefly.
  6. Pull the handle back to the start.
  7. Reach the other handle forward.
  8. Continue alternating reaches with control.
