Ring Alternate Superman Instructions
- Set up gymnastic rings at a low height.
- Grip the rings and step the feet back to a plank.
- Brace your core hard and keep the body in a straight line.
- Reach one ring forward and out into a long arm extension.
- Hold the superman reach briefly.
- Pull the ring back to the start.
- Reach the other ring forward to repeat.
- Continue alternating reaches with control.
