  1. Lie on a flat bench holding a kettlebell in each hand.
  2. Press the kettlebells overhead to lockout with palms facing each other.
  3. Set the upper arms vertical pointing at the ceiling.
  4. Brace your core and keep the chest tall.
  5. Lower the kettlebells toward the forehead by bending the elbows.
  6. Stop just before the bells touch the head.
  7. Press back up to lockout by extending the elbows.
  8. Squeeze the triceps hard at the top.
