  1. Set an incline bench to about 45 degrees.
  2. Lie back on the bench with feet flat on the floor.

  4. Hold the bar with a shoulder-width grip with arms extended overhead.
  5. Brace your core and keep your back against the bench.
  6. Bend at the elbows to lower the bar behind your head.
