- Set an incline bench in front of a low cable pulley.
- Attach a rope handle to the low pulley.
- Sit on the bench facing away from the cable and lie back.
- Reach overhead and grab the rope with both hands.
- Start with arms extended over your forehead.
- Bend at the elbows to lower the rope behind your head.
- Keep your upper arms still and only the elbows moving.
- Extend the elbows to return to the start position.
