  1. Set a cable pulley to the lowest setting and attach a rope.
  2. Stand facing the cable holding one end of the rope with one hand.
  3. Hinge at the hips so the torso is angled forward.
  4. Place the other hand on the thigh for support.
  5. Tuck the working elbow close to the side at ninety degrees.
  6. Brace the core and keep the upper arm still.
  7. Extend the elbow back by squeezing the triceps.
  8. Lower with control and repeat for all reps then switch sides.
