Lay Down Push-Up

Lay Down Pushup

Description

The lay down push-up fully lays the body flat on the floor at the bottom of each push-up before pressing back up. The full lay-down at the bottom eliminates any momentum and forces a true full range of motion. It is an excellent strict push-up variation.
