  1. Lie on the back with the knees bent and feet flat.
  2. Place the hands by the ears with fingers pointing toward the feet.
  3. Brace your core and inhale to prepare.
  4. Press through the hands and feet to lift the hips up.
  5. Continue pressing to straighten the arms.
  6. Arch the back and lift the chest up high.
  7. Hold the wheel pose for several breaths.
  8. Lower with control to the start.
