  3. Brace the core and stay tall.
  4. Push the ball into the wall with explosive force from the upper body.
  5. Use no leg drive in the throw.
  6. Catch the ball as it bounces back.
  7. Reset the position fully.
  8. Continue for the working set then switch leg position.
