  1. Anchor a resistance band high above shoulder height.
  2. Kneel sideways to the anchor with the knee closer to the band on the floor.
  3. Grab the band with both hands at the high side.
  4. Brace your core and keep the chest up.
  5. Pull the band diagonally across the body to the low far hip.
  6. Rotate through the obliques as you chop.
  7. Squeeze the core at the end range.
  8. Return to the start with control. Complete reps and switch sides.
