Lever Trunk Rotation
Description
The lever trunk rotation is performed on a seated torso rotation machine. From a seated position with the torso secured, you rotate against the lever arm resistance. The machine controls the path and allows focused oblique training with progressive loading. It is a strong choice for direct oblique work.
