  1. Lie on the back holding an EZ curl bar overhead.
  2. Set the legs extended off the floor.
  3. Brace the core and keep the bar steady.
  4. Sit up while pulling the knees in toward one side.
  5. Squeeze the abs and obliques at the top.
  6. Keep the bar held overhead throughout.
  7. Lower with control to the start.
  8. Alternate sides for each rep.
